Thessaloniki – an important port city and the second largest city in Greece. Among the main sites in Thessaloniki: the White Towerbuilt in the 15th century, the ancient walls, the churchesof Agios Demetrios and Hagia Sophia, the Archaeological Museumand the Jewish Quarter – a reminder of the magnificentJewish community that lived here before World War II.

Zagori – a region in the Pindos Mountains in northwestern Greece, near the border with Albania, with high snowy mountains, coniferous forests and rushing streams over which arched stone bridges pass. The area is scattered with several dozen isolated villages with stone houses of unique construction.

Vikos Canyon – The narrowest canyon in the world is a powerful nature site. The gorge and the river flowing at its bottom can be viewed from several vantage points, the most beautiful of which are located in the villages of Monodendri and Vikos.

Ioannina Ioannina, known locally as Yanina, is the capital ofthe Epirus region in northwestern Greece. The city of Ioannina lies on the Pambudita Lake. Ioannina is the seventh largest city in Greece. A strip of mountains surrounds it from the north and south, it is the Pindus mountain range. Behind the mountains to the north, lies theZagori region"Zagorochoria", one of the most fascinating provinces of Greece. And to the south is the mountainous and dramaticTzoumerkaregion, a fascinating and special area.
